Share your art. Pass down your skills. Shape the next generation
Inspire through art, not algorithms
Technology has transformed the way we learn, communicate and connect, but not always for the better. Children are growing up surrounded by screens, yet missing the human moments that spark creativity, imagination and wonder.
Making Art For Enlightenment (MAFE) was created to change that. We’re building a community of Project Leaders, artists, teachers and creative professionals who believe that real creativity can’t exist behind a screen. It happens in shared spaces, between people, through movement, sound, colour, textures and presence.
If you’re a painter, musician, dancer, sculptor, actor, designer or any kind of maker who knows that art still matters, MAFE is where your creativity becomes a force for change.
Why Join as a Project Leader
Through Making Art For Enlightenment, you’ll connect directly with families, schools and youth centres who are searching for real, screen-free creative experiences for their children.
You’ll lead projects, not lessons; guiding children through journeys of discovery that may unfold over several sessions, depending on the rhythm of the child and the nature of your art.
Each session is paid securely through our escrow system, and you receive payment after every completed session. There are no rigid timetables or subscriptions, just freedom to teach your way, one authentic experience at a time.
Making Art For Enlightenment’s Commitment
At MAFE, we uphold one simple, non-negotiable value: No screens. No devices. No digital tools.
Every project must be taught face-to-face, hands-on and human. The only technology we use is the platform that connects people, once the session begins, the rest is pure creativity.
We welcome Project Leaders who are:
Deeply passionate about sharing their art.
Experienced working with children or families.
Enhanced DBS checked (or willing to obtain one before joining).
Committed to creating environments where imagination can flourish, free from digital distraction.
What you can offer
Painting, drawing or sculpture projects.
Music and sound creation.
Dance, movement or physical expression.
Acting, storytelling or theatre-making.
Photography (analog or process-focused), creative writing, crafts, textiles or design.
Or something entirely your own, any art that inspires hands, minds and hearts.
